We use specialized equipment and vacuums to remove existing flooring, and smooth out the concrete floor using concrete grinders in order to provide a smooth and flat concrete surface in preperations for decorative concrete, epoxy, or any other flooring you would like to install.

Crack Repair & Patch Work

Monster Flex specializes in concrete repair, patch work, spall repair, crack repair, and all other types of concrete repair. We use specializes fast dry material which allows us to fix concrete, and make concrete patches dry quickly to get the job done right and fast. Concrete Grinding

As floor preparation and concrete grinding experts, Monster Flex uses large concrete grinders, and diamond blades to grind existing floors and toppings like thin set in order to remove, and make the concrete floor flat and smooth. We also use concrete grinders to prepare concrete floors in preparation for epoxy floor finishes, sealed concrete, and polished concrete floors. Concrete Underlayments

Concrete underlayments are critical when installing a floor on an unlevel surface. When you have unlevel concrete floor or foundation, call us to install a concrete underlayment. We use well trusted materials, that are fast dry to get the job done right. If you have an unlevel, or uneven floor, and need an underlayment installed, call us. We have the knowledge and experience to get the job done right.

Microtoppings

When your concrete slab is badly damaged and not in the best condition, or if you want a unique "faux" style floor that has designs like wood patterns, stone, or fan patterns- We use brands like Surecrete, and Ardex which are known to be great products. Microtoppings are thin layers of cement that are troweled down by hand tools. They come in gray, and white and can be stained using concrete dye or water based stains. We have the ability to carve, or use patterns to create designs similar to stone, wood or other shapes which give it character.

Concrete Overlayments

If you are looking for a smooth, flat, and polished concrete overlayment, we have the best systems for you. We utilize brands like Rapidset, Ardex, and and laticrete to pour a self level overlyament. They come in gray, beige, and white. Once they are dry within 1 day, we are able to grind and polish them to a smooth and polished look. We can also stain them to get a "faux" like design. Self Levels are the ideal floor when looking for a "Premium" polished concrete floor.

Concrete Underlayment's & Overlayment's

Matte, Satin & Gloss Finishes

We offer various different finishes for our concrete sealers including matte, satin, & Gloss Finishes. Matte and Satin finish tend to show less imperfection and wear throughout its lifetime. Where as, gloss finishes tend to show scratches or other imperfections. These are the pro's and cons of the finishes. Epoxy Sealers

If your project requires a thick mil sealer, epoxy is a great option. Clear or solid color epoxy provides a thick concrete coating that protect the concrete from staining and makes the concrete easy to maintain and clean while provide a beautiful gloss appearance. Epoxy sealers are great for showrooms, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, homes, and other spaces that require excellent protection, and a beautiful look. Epoxy provides an excellent thick base coat. As a topcoat, we always recommend a urethane or polyaspartic to be applied over epoxy.

Urethanes & Polyaspartics

Urethane and polyaspartics are the ultimate top coat options. These concrete sealers provide the strongest durability while providing gloss, and/or satin finishes. Typically, they are used over epoxy as a top coat, but can be used as a stand alone sealer. In most cases, we use two coats to provide a thick 2 part coat that provides strength, durability, and a long lasting and beautiful finish. Our WB urethane has been our flagship product for over 12 years providing our customers with strong and durable sealed concrete floors for years to come.

"Cream Polish" Concrete

A " cream Polish" concrete floor is created by using sanding, honing and polishing with a 100/200 grit sanding pad, then following with a 400 grit, then a 800 grit polishing pad. this technique is known for polishing the "cream" of the concrete which is the think hard layer on top of a concrete floor. This technique does NOT remove trowel marks, inconsistencies, or other defects in the concrete. However, it is an affordable way to create a polished concrete floor, while maintaining the concrete floors natural characteristics.

Mechanical Polished Concrete

A polished concrete floor is a highly durable and versatile flooring option created by mechanically grinding and polishing a concrete surface to achieve a smooth, shiny, and often reflective finish. This process involves several stages of sanding with progressively finer diamond abrasives and the application of chemical hardeners to enhance the concrete's density and sheen. Typically a polished concrete floor starts at a 70/80 grit diamond grind, and finishes to a 400/800 grit polish.

Topically Polished Concrete

A topically polished concrete floor is a type of polished concrete where the shiny, reflective finish is primarily achieved through the application of topical sealers or coatings rather than through extensive mechanical grinding and polishing of the concrete surface. This method enhances the floor’s appearance and adds a protective layer but differs from a mechanically polished concrete floor in terms of process and performance.

Exterior Concrete Stain

Exterior concrete stain is a specialized product designed to penetrate and color concrete surfaces exposed to outdoor conditions. Unlike paint, which forms a surface layer, stains seep into the concrete pores, creating a long-lasting, fade-resistant finish that enhances the natural texture and look of the concrete. Exterior concrete stain is UV stable which means it will last in the sun.

Interior Concrete Stain "Dye"

Interior concrete dye is a coloring agent used to enhance the appearance of concrete surfaces inside buildings. Unlike stains, which chemically react with concrete, dyes are non-reactive and rely on their pigments to penetrate the surface, offering vibrant and uniform colors.
